We fully cooperate with authorized government and law enforcement agencies. Providing account data, IP logs, or transaction records will occur only in response to lawful requests from authorized authorities, including the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).

2. Refund Policy

  • Lifetime: Fully Guaranteed Service

⚠️ Wrong link orders do not qualify for refill or refund.

Refund Requests & Cancellations

Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded back to your original payment gateway. Funds deposited must be used on site. Orders placed cannot be canceled unless delivery fails, in which case store credit will be issued.

Support agents operate within strict authority limits and cannot be forced to bypass automated system rules.

5. Order Information

Reading Descriptions

Always review service descriptions before purchasing. Orders sent to invalid or non-working links cannot be refunded or edited once processed by the system.

6. Service Details

Scope & Quality Guarantees

JB SMM PANEL is used solely for promotional appearance on social platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, and TikTok. We guarantee delivery of the quantity ordered, but do not guarantee user interaction, comments, or engagement from profiles.

Private Accounts & Existing High Counts

Ensure social accounts are public before placing an order. Private profile orders will not be refunded. Accounts starting with 100k+ followers/likes prior to ordering are exempt from refill guarantees due to tracking limitations.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued usage of our website confirms your agreement with updated conditions.
